Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with zatbaj

To register and maintain an account with zatbaj, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or currently located in Bangladesh or another jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering and playing as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of zatbaj or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the zatbaj platform or any associated service.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from a gambling addiction that would make participation on this platform harmful to you.

zatbaj reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each player may hold only one registered account on zatbaj. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If you are found to hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses claimed through them will be voided. Where evidence of deliberate duplicate registration exists, zatbaj reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain remaining balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. zatbaj will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. zatbaj may reject or close accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with zatbaj. We make no representation or warranty that the platform or its services are appropriate, available, or legal in any particular location. By accessing zatbaj, you confirm that you are doing so in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

zatbaj operates as an online gaming platform targeting the Bangladesh market. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited are not permitted to register or use the platform. zatbaj reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. zatbaj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to use your account to access, deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.

zatbaj uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no digital security system is infallible. You acknowledge that you use the platform at your own risk and that zatbaj is not liable for security breaches caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any genuine remaining balance (excluding bonuses subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completed KYC verification.

zatbaj currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players:

zatbaj reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless otherwise approved by the zatbaj payments team.

All deposits are credited to your zatbaj account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. zatbaj is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times or network congestion. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in your name may be returned and the associated account reviewed.

zatbaj does not accept deposits made using borrowed funds, credit facilities obtained specifically for gambling purposes, or funds belonging to any third party. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are yours and are not the proceeds of any criminal or fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all wagering conditions have been met.
• zatbaj may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the next available processing window.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, system abuse, or in breach of bonus terms will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by zatbaj are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. zatbaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.

Most zatbaj bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the combined total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount. Bets placed on games with a return-to-player (RTP) above 97% or games specifically excluded from bonus wagering do not contribute to meeting wagering requirements. zatbaj publishes a full list of excluded and reduced-contribution games in the FAQ section of the platform.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at expiry will be removed from your account without notice.

The zatbaj VIP Royal program operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on your cumulative wagering activity over rolling monthly periods. VIP tier benefits — including enhanced cashback rates, priority withdrawal processing, dedicated account managers, and exclusive seasonal bonuses — are subject to ongoing eligibility as determined by your current tier status. zatbaj reserves the right to modify, supplement, or discontinue the VIP program at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active VIP members where practicable.

• Match fixing, insider information trading, or any form of corrupt betting activity in sports markets
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play
• Chargeback fraud or reversal of legitimate deposits following their use for wagering

zatbaj reserves the right to set, modify, and enforce minimum and maximum bet limits on any game, market, or event at any time. Bets that exceed published maximum limits may be reduced to the applicable maximum at zatbaj's discretion before settlement.

A bet or wager may be declared void in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules; the bet was accepted in error due to a system malfunction; the odds or game result were affected by a technical error or data feed failure; or the bet relates to an event on which zatbaj has suspended the market prior to the event commencing. Void bets will be returned to your account balance without modification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zatbaj, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, data loss, or changes to game availability.

zatbaj does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary downtime. During such periods, open bets or active game sessions may be interrupted. zatbaj will make reasonable efforts to settle such sessions fairly in accordance with the applicable game rules, but cannot guarantee outcomes where session data is irrecoverably lost due to technical failure.

Gambling involves financial risk. By participating on the zatbaj platform, you acknowledge that you may lose all money you deposit and that zatbaj bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred during lawful use of the platform.

All content on the zatbaj platform — including but not limited to the zatbaj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of zatbaj or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the zatbaj platform without prior written consent from zatbaj or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of zatbaj intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

zatbaj collects personal data during the registration and KYC process, including your name, date of birth, contact information, and payment details. zatbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days, operating on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

Decisions made by zatbaj regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms are final, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

These Terms and your use of the zatbaj platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which zatbaj operates. By using the platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
